How to Convert and Merge AVCHD MTS/M2TS files
Before joining camera clips, compare their resolution, frame rate, scan type, and audio layout. Clips from different Canon, Panasonic, or Sony recording modes may need a common output profile before they can form a clean continuous file. Keep the original card folders until the merged result has been checked across every join.

Add the source
Open LosslessConverter and select Add Files. Add the AVCHD, MTS, or M2TS clips and select the files required for this workflow.
Create a broadly compatible file
Open Output Format, select the Video group, and choose MP4. Start with Same as source, then change resolution only when the destination requires it.
Create the current output
Choose an output folder and select Start All. When processing finishes, play the merged MP4 from start to finish and inspect every join for cadence, audio continuity, and sync.
