Add the source

Load the Blu-ray or DVD disc

Open LosslessConverter and select Add Disc. Add the Blu-ray or DVD disc, then select the required title, audio, and subtitle tracks.

Use a documented format

Choose a format supported by the exact WD TV model

Check the documentation for the exact WD TV model and firmware, then open Output Format. Use H.264 MP4 only when that playback path supports it; otherwise choose the documented container, video codec, audio codec, and subtitle format for the device.

Create the current output

Select Start All, then verify on WD TV

Choose an output folder and select Start All. When processing finishes, transfer or stream the test file to WD TV and verify picture, seeking, audio, subtitles, and sync.
